How to Use:

Apply the Living Proof Scalp Care Revitalizing Treatment directly to the scalp on wet or dry hair. Gently massage the product in and do not rinse. For optimal results, use daily.

If applying to dry hair, ensure it is detangled beforehand to create clean, manageable sections. Use only the amount needed and massage thoroughly for a minimum of 1-2 minutes, or longer if desired.

Orders received before Noon ET, Mon-Fri are usually shipped the same day depending on product availability.  

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
