Matte Top turns glossy lacquers into a matte finish for a unique satin effect. This chip-resistant topcoat gives shiny lacquer an alternative matte texture, which makes it a great product for creating unique nail art. It`s the perfect accessory with ORLY nail lacquer to create sizzling spot-varnished nail looks. Just apply Matte Top to sections of the nail and leave other sections shiny. The result is an interesting contrast in surfaces. For example, you can create a new version of the French Manicure by applying Matte top to the bottom half of the nail while leaving nail tip shiny.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.
