Sparks Powder LIghtener 1 oz

1. Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packette into a non-metallic bowl.
2. Add 3 oz (90 ml) of Sparks Creme Developer and mix together until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Apply to desired hair.
4. Let process until the desired tone is achieved (see chart below).
5. Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packette into a non-metallic bowl.
6. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
