Directions (to achieve best results be sure to pre-lighten hair):

1.   Choose your shade and mix in a 1:1 ratio with Pure White 10 Volume Developer
2. Select the areas you wish to color and section the rest of the hair away with a clip
3. Apply your formula to desired areas.  Don't skimp on the color and make sure to saturate each section.  Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.  Shampoo and condition.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
