Clairol Professional developed Premium Creme for quick, accurate shade selection and easy, reliable custom formulation. The 46 shades are divided into 9 Tonal Pillars.

Each Pillar is:
Based on the standard, universally accepted Level and Tone system.

Calibrated, providing flexibility to intermix* shades within a Tonal Pillar, or between Tonal Pillars, with predictable results.
Offers less experienced colorists perfect shade choices without intermixing.

Provides pure-tone flexibility and complete gray coverage.

Gives all stylists the confidence to create custom colors.

Covers gray completely, even resistant gray.

Shipping Rates to Continental United States:

Orders received before Noon ET, Mon-Fri are usually shipped the same day depending on product availability.  

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

* Standard Shipping and UPS Ground Shipping Time In Transit Is An Estimate And Is Not Guaranteed.  Shipping Time In Transit Is From Date Shipped.

2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Next Day Air (1 business day): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge and must be requested via e-mail after the order is placed.

Shipping to Military, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other territories are subject to an additional shipping charge. Rates are provided at checkout.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns on used hair color or personal items such as hair brushes, hair ornaments, hair extensions, accessories, nail clippers & more.
