How to Use:

1. After using Controlled Chaos Hair Cleanser, start with clean hair. For fine hair, apply Controlled Chaos Hair Moisturizer directly to wet hair, working from the ends upward while avoiding the roots. For dry or coarse hair, gently towel dry to remove excess water. Then, apply the moisturizer directly to your hair, working from the ends upward.
2. Scrunch your curls with your fingers to enhance their natural shape and definition.
3. Leave it in! This leave-in moisturizer is perfect for curly hair, helping you crush the day with hydrated, defined curls. For best results, pair it with the Controlled Chaos Hair Cleanser.

Orders received before Noon ET, Mon-Fri are usually shipped the same day depending on product availability.  

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Shipping to Military, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other territories are subject to an additional shipping charge. Rates are provided at checkout.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns on used hair color or personal items such as hair brushes, hair ornaments, hair extensions, accessories, nail clippers & more.
