Why should I use Original if I have curly hair?

Our No-Poo Original and One Condition Original are specifically formulated to provide the essential moisture that is ideal for curly hair textures. If your curls need more moisture you can try No-Poo Decadence and One Condition Decadence.

Will Light Defining Gel leave my curls stiff, flaky or crunchy?

No, all DevaCurl gels are formulated to leave curls feeling soft and touchable without residue or crunchiness. Scrunch when dry to release the curl cast and create an even softer finish.

What is the "curl cast" and what does it do?

Our gels form a curl cast that covers curls to ensure they dry defined with frizz control. Once curl are dry, it is easily scrunched away.

Orders received before Noon ET, Mon-Fri are usually shipped the same day depending on product availability.  

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
