Excellence HiColor Violet and Black shades are new additions to the HiColor shade range featuring 3 Violet shades and 3 Black shades that deliver true to tone color results on dark bases of hair. The collection represents a new and unique shade pallet for HiColor and L’Oreal Technique and will appeal to new HiColor users seeking Violet, Blue, Plum hair color tones to their hair.

HiColor is a Permanent hair color brand by L’Oreal Technique that is specifically formulated for dark bases of hair. All of the shades in the line provide multi-level lift on dark hair in one step with no brassiness. The shades are mixed in a 1:1.2 ratio with Oreor Crème Developer 30 volume (20 volume for relaxed hair). Processing time is 30 minutes at room temperature.

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
