Unlike traditional cosmetic pencils made from wax, these unique, silicone-based liners offer optimal levels of colour pigment with a gentle application. Features a waterproof, no transfer formula that is the perfect all day and lasts for up to 12 hours. The smooth silky formula glides on easily without dragging and colour can be applied for both soft or dramatic styles. Silicone base will not "bleed" or "feather" like traditional wax liners. The formula sets itself in just 3 minutes so no smudging, and lasts for up to 12 hours.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.
Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
