Line, Fill, Shape, and Set: This multitasking buildable matte brow pomade is vegan and infused with botanical ingredients like aloe and safflower seed oil. Combine with the Palladio Definer Micro Pencil, for precise fine hairlike strokes, and Brow Powder to fill in brows.

PTO-Tip: Best applied with Palladio Angle Liner Brush with short, stiff bristles. You can easily outline and fill a perfect eyebrow. To ensure you have the perfect amount needed for application, dip your brush into the pot and swipe it across the inside of the cap; this will allow you to remove excess product, or collect more as needed.

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
