How to Use:
After cleansing with the Surface Curls Shampoo and Conditioner, apply a generous amount to damp hair and blow dry smooth. For maximum shine and condition, apply curl whip prior to the smoothing cream. Can also be used for dry detailing.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
