How to Use:

Start with dry, detangled hair. Section hair and choose the right heat setting for your hair type.

Insert the ends of a 1 - 2" section into the clip. For best results, position hair in the upper half of the clip.

Slide the AutoTwist switch to the left or right to guide the barrel rotation toward or away from your face. Hold the switch until hair is fully wrapped around the barrel, then release the switch to activate the timer.

Hold the iron in place until the timer signals, then open the clamp and release the curl. Press the Home button to reset the barrel and start again.

Standard Shipping (1-7 days): Flat Rate of $7.49 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $12.50 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $5.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.

2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Shipping to Military, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other territories are subject to an additional shipping charge. Rates are provided at checkout.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, etc..). Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
