With a selection of 4 icy blonde tones and 4 pastel blonde tones, you now have the freedom to express your creativity with subtle to bold blonde looks and perfectly even tone from root to end. Free of gluten, phthalates, parabens, and animal derived ingredients. Works on naturally blonde or pre-lightened hair.

To Use:

Pre-lighten hair to the required level before applying toner. Mix 1 part WELLA colorcharm Permanent Crème Toner with 2 parts 10 volume WELLA colorcharm cream developer. Apply to towel dried hair and develop for 10-20 minutes, checking frequently for desired result.
